Kim is Ready to Blast-Off (Age: 12, Jupiter, FL) Interested in your own space future? The International Space Station is scheduled to be finished in 2003. At the Kennedy Space Center you can see people putting together parts of the International Space Station.
Lots of kids come to the Kennedy Space Center. There are also special programs for groups of kids.
Kim was part of the Kids Camp at the Kennedy Space Center and learned so much about what it takes to be an astronaut and to be part of the space program.
