Famous Quotes To Live By:

"I would tell people to hold onto what is individual about themselves, not to allow their ambition for success to cause them to try to imitate the success of others. You've got to find it on your own terms."
     --- Harrison Ford

"Failure is only postponed success as long as courage "coaches" ambition. The habit of persistence is the habit of victory."
     --- Herbert Kaufman

"I love the man that can smile in trouble, that can gather strength from distress, and grow brave by reflection."

POETRY OF THE WEEK

" Simple Gesture "

BY: Lorali B
Kissimmee, FL
Age: 13

What a simple gesture
Just to tell me hi.
What a simple gesture
To get a hug goodbye.
What a simple gesture
Just to hang out, you and me.
What a simple gesture
Just to be friends you see.
What a simple gesture
Just to smile, everyday.
What a simple gesture,
To wash my tears away.
What a simple gesture
To swing like children in the park.
What a simple gesture
To talk until it's really dark.
What a simple gesture
To walk me home, just you.
What a simple gesture
To whisper in my ear, like you always do.
What a simple gesture
To walk me to my door.
What a simple gesture
Even when I don't want to say goodbye anymore.
